Reboarding Campaign

The goal of this campaign was to boost member engagement in both auto loans and checking accounts among inactive members ages 18-35. The primary mediums utilized were postcards with a complimentary email to reinforce the promotions. 82 loans could be tied back to the targeted list in the first 12 weeks of this campaign, totaling $1.99M in auto loan balances.
